Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. I found the rooms a bit crowded and in need of refurbishment, although nicely arranged. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with staff deeply engaged and attentive to guests' needs. The location was lovely, overlooking the hills of Rwanda, but the dining experience could be improved with more variety. Overall, a decent stay with both positives and negatives.

The location was convenient, offering access to local markets but with some misleading information provided. The dining experience was good but better enjoyed earlier in the day. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had a cozy atmosphere with all that wood, they were clean and well-appointed. Fabrice at the front desk really made us feel special with his helpful and friendly service. The location was peaceful, and while it's a bit away from the main attractions, it's worth it. The dining experience was delightful, especially with all the breakfast options available. The facilities were great, making my stay even more enjoyable.
